One of the trending Japanese sandwiches, here is the Edamame Fruit Sando. Made with a combination of protein-rich Edashi Edamame, mixed with cream and strawberries or other fruit toppings of your choice, all sandwiched between soft white bread. The texture is smooth, sweet, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
  2. White bread – 5 slices
  3. Powdered whipped cream – 100 grams
  4. Strawberries – 10 pieces
  5. Cold water – 200 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins. Set aside.
  2. Whip the powdered whipped cream with cold water until stiff. Set aside.
  3. Spread the whipped cream over a slice of bread, then add the Edashi Edamame and strawberries.
  4. Close the sandwich with another slice of bread, then wrap it with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for a while until cold.
  6. Cut the sandwich diagonally, and the Edamame Fruit Sando is ready to serve.
