Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame, 100 grams
- Okra, 50 grams
- Silken tofu, 25 grams
- Button mushrooms, 25 grams
- Seafood balls, 3 pieces
- Shrimp, 50 grams
- Carrot, 1⁄4 piece
- Spring onion, 1 stalk
- Lime, ½ piece
- Water, 500 ml
- Cilantro leaves, 5 sprigs
- Salt, ½ tsp
- Pepper, ¼ tsp
- Seasoning powder, ½ tsp
Preparation Steps
- Peel the shrimp and set aside the shells.
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Sauté the shrimp shells, carrot slices, spring onion, and cilantro stems until fragrant.
- Add water and simmer over low heat until the flavors meld and the broth is infused.
- Strain the broth and discard the solids.
- Add salt, pepper, seasoning powder, and lime juice, then stir until well combined.
