Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame, 100 grams
  2. Okra, 50 grams
  3. Silken tofu, 25 grams
  4. Button mushrooms, 25 grams
  5. Seafood balls, 3 pieces
  6. Shrimp, 50 grams
  7. Carrot, 1⁄4 piece
  8. Spring onion, 1 stalk
  9. Lime, ½ piece
  10. Water, 500 ml
  11. Cilantro leaves, 5 sprigs
  12. Salt, ½ tsp
  13. Pepper, ¼ tsp
  14. Seasoning powder, ½ tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Peel the shrimp and set aside the shells.
  2. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the shrimp shells, carrot slices, spring onion, and cilantro stems until fragrant.
  4. Add water and simmer over low heat until the flavors meld and the broth is infused.
  5. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  6. Add salt, pepper, seasoning powder, and lime juice, then stir until well combined.
