A simple, healthy, and nutritious dish, Edamame Pasta. Made with a combination of boiled macaroni and protein-rich Edashi Edamame, mixed with chicken corned beef, this dish is both delicious and nourishing.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame, 100 grams
- Boiled macaroni, 100 grams
- Canned chicken corned beef, 1 can
- Powdered milk, 3 tbsp
- Egg, 1 piece
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Sugar, 1 tsp
- Cheese, 30 grams
- Nutmeg, 1 gram
- Water, as needed
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Combine all the ingredients, except for the milk and water, and mix well in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into small aluminum cups.
- Steam until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk with water until the texture resembles a sauce.
- Brush the steamed pasta with the milk sauce.
- Your Edamame Pasta is ready to serve.
