One of the healthiest international dishes and an excellent alternative to prevent excess carbohydrates, here is Mashed Edamame. Made from Edashi Edamame that is mashed until smooth, combined with liquid milk and cooking cream, it offers a delicious texture and a refreshing green color, rich in plant-based protein.
Ingredients
- Shelled Edashi Edamame, 150 grams
- Liquid milk, 30 grams
- Cooking cream, 30 grams
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Stock powder, ½ tsp
- Nutmeg, 1 tsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Combine the edamame and milk, then blend until smooth using a blender or hand blender.
- Cook the blended edamame and add all the remaining ingredients until fully cooked.
- Mashed Edamame is ready to serve.
