Ingredients
- Rice 180 grams
- Egg 1
- Edashi Edamame 50 grams
- Carrot 40 grams
- Garlic 10 grams
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Seasoning powder ½ tsp
- Radish 50 grams
- Bok choy 30 grams
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Red chili 2
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
- Dice the cleaned carrot and boil it for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Slice the garlic into small pieces.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the rice, salt, seasoning powder, and peeled edamame. Cook until evenly done.
- Add the radish, carrot, and bok choy, then season with salt to taste.
- Cook over medium heat until everything is evenly cooked, then add curry powder and stir well.
- Curry Edamame Fried Rice is ready to serve with sliced chili and egg, as desired.
