Ingredients

  1. Rice 180 grams
  2. Egg 1
  3. Edashi Edamame 50 grams
  4. Carrot 40 grams
  5. Garlic 10 grams
  6. Salt ¼ tsp
  7. Seasoning powder ½ tsp
  8. Radish 50 grams
  9. Bok choy 30 grams
  10. Curry powder 1 tsp
  11. Red chili 2

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
  2. Dice the cleaned carrot and boil it for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Slice the garlic into small pieces.
  4. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the rice, salt, seasoning powder, and peeled edamame. Cook until evenly done.
  5. Add the radish, carrot, and bok choy, then season with salt to taste.
  6. Cook over medium heat until everything is evenly cooked, then add curry powder and stir well.
