Edamame Roll, a unique and delightful snack. This dish is made from a combination of tapioca flour and Edashi edamame, mixed with minced meat and vegetables, then steamed into cube shapes.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame: 300 grams
  2. Tapioca flour: 30 grams
  3. Minced meat: 100 grams
  4. Radish: 150 grams
  5. Shiitake mushrooms: 25 grams
  6. Scallion: 1 stalk
  7. Salt: ½ tsp
  8. Pepper: ½ tsp
  9. Five-spice powder: ½ tsp
  10. Broth powder: ½ tsp
  11. Nutmeg: ¼ tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edashi edamame for 2 minutes, then peel and chop it. Set aside.
  2. Wash the radish thoroughly, peel, and grate it into long strips.
  3. Add a small amount of salt, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.
  4. Add the minced meat to the radish mixture.
  5. Add the shiitake mushrooms and sliced scallions.
  6. Also, add the broth powder, salt, five-spice powder, and tapioca flour.
  7. Mix the mixture until well combined.
  8. Place it on a sheet of bean curd skin, then roll it into a long shape.
  9. Steam the rolls for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  10. Optionally, pan-fry the rolls in a non-stick pan.
  11. Edamame rolls are ready to serve.
