Introducing Teng-Teng Edamame, a practical and healthy snack suitable for all ages. Made with Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein and vitamin K.
Ingredients
- Crispy edamame 100 grams
- Granulated sugar 80 grams
- Ginger 15 grams
- Margarine 1/2 tsp
Preparation Steps
- Chop the crispy edamame. Set aside.
- Wash the ginger, peel, chop, and toast it. Set aside.
- Heat the granulated sugar over low heat. Stir as the sugar begins to melt. Continue heating until it turns into caramel.
- Once the sugar has melted and turned into caramel, add the margarine and stir well.
- Turn off the heat, then add the crispy edamame and toasted ginger. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or baking tray.
- The Teng-Teng Edamame is ready to serve.
