Edamame Roll, a unique and delightful snack. This dish is made from a combination of tapioca flour and Edashi edamame, mixed with minced meat and vegetables, then steamed into cube shapes.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame: 300 grams
- Tapioca flour: 30 grams
- Minced meat: 100 grams
- Radish: 150 grams
- Shiitake mushrooms: 25 grams
- Scallion: 1 stalk
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Pepper: ½ tsp
- Five-spice powder: ½ tsp
- Broth powder: ½ tsp
- Nutmeg: ¼ tsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi edamame for 2 minutes, then peel and chop it. Set aside.
- Wash the radish thoroughly, peel, and grate it into long strips.
- Add a small amount of salt, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.
- Add the minced meat to the radish mixture.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms and sliced scallions.
- Also, add the broth powder, salt, five-spice powder, and tapioca flour.
- Mix the mixture until well combined.
- Place it on a sheet of bean curd skin, then roll it into a long shape.
- Steam the rolls for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Optionally, pan-fry the rolls in a non-stick pan.
- Edamame rolls are ready to serve.
