Introducing Edashi’s unique fried snack, Roasted Sesame Edamame. Made from protein-rich Edashi Edamame and roasted with a blend of sesame seasonings, it offers a crispy texture and a delightful aroma.
Ingredients
- Edashi edamame, 100 grams
- Sesame seeds, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1⁄4 tsp
- Pepper, 1⁄4 tsp
- Stock powder (to taste), 1⁄2 tsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Mix all the ingredients and place them on a baking tray.
- Roast at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes.
- Roasted sesame edamame is ready to serve.
